This project is part of a competition proposal by @jpweeks and @megguerin for a live info-graphic display in Times Square, NYC. The data is publicly available and provided by Visualizing.org in collaboration with UC Center for Hydrologic Modeling.

Rendering is powered by Three.js, a 3D rendering engine leveraging experimental browser technologies including WebGL.
